Dear Samuel (to her husband) as a mother … I felt I ought to do more than I had yet done. I resolved to begin with my own children and which I observed the following method: to talk with each of our kids apart one-on-one. So on Monday I talk with Molly on Tuesday I talk with Eddie on Wednesday I talk with Nancy and Thursday I’ll talk with Jackie on Friday I talk with Patty on Saturday with Charles.
